The Provider agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use, for any purpose, any confidential information with respect to the business of the Family, which the Provider has obtained, except as may be necessary or desirable to further the business interests of the Family.19. The Provider and any of Provider's guests at the Family's home are not permitted to smoke. The Provider is not permitted to consume alcohol while on duty.24. The Provider's employment shall be contingent upon providing proof of these credentials and submitting to a background check if requested by the Family.23. The Provider agrees to maintain any necessary credentials for providing child care according to state law including, but not limited to, child CPR and first aid.
The Provider and the Family acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service.30. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.The Parties hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms of this Agreement.
